Great customer service! I get to actually speak to a live person every time Always very helpful, timely with setting up my insurance and very personable. Their selection of different monthly coverage is great, it allows us to pick the proper insurance for the amount of time we will be spending in Mexico. We havent had to call them to file a claim ( thank goodness) but based on the above, I would recommend.

Horrible experience. Painful to get the insurance initiated, customer service is lacking, and ZERO reminder that the policy is coming up for renewal, BUT they were quick-to-offer to write a new policy. NEVER AGAIN.
