Presidio Home Care provided 24/7 assistance for my mother-in-law for two years after she broke her leg. The agency has well-trained and reliable staff who provided exceptional care.  We always knew who would be on duty.  We had regular communication  with staff and administration regarding her care.  During a very challenging time for the family, Presidio was there for us and we will be forever grateful.

We worked with Presidio on 2021.  Our mom has an onset of dementia and we needed help several days a week to ensure mom was making it to appointments, getting out to run errands.  The team at Presidio helped her with meal prep and also did med reminders.  Presidio's team communicated very well.  By having "feet on the ground" they were able to give us some insights into challenges mom was having that we were not aware of.  The staff is great.  They help people live with dignity and they are great at supporting their clients in a challenging journey.
