As a healthcare provider form an acute care hospital, working with Art from MedCare Plus has exceeded my expectations. The referral response turnaround is almost immediate. They always find a way to accommodate most of our patients including those with complex cases. MedCare Plus delivers great customer service with a quick response rate, questions answered thoroughly and will go above and beyond to facilitate for both the provider & patient.

I had a bad fall at home, and after being discharged from the hospital, I was serviced by this home health. I do not regret it one bit!!! I am so happy with the treatment I am receiving. My nurse , Naomi, is the sweetest, and she has great patience. I will recommend to others who need home health services!

Highly recommended this services. 10/10. From administration staff to the nurses theyre the best. My mom recently discharged from the hospital and had the pleasure of speaking to serval people who came and help my mom.
Art is definitely the best!

Med Care Plus has been amazing all through the process of getting my husband transferred out of a skilled nursing facility in to an assisted living environment. This includes following through on securing the electric hospital bed and table and having it delivered to the new location in the Ca. High desert. Also the OT, PT, and nursing care were handled completely and efficiently by Med Care. The staff were great at informing me every step. I recommend this company highly.

The arrival for the bed for my husband arrived today. The person brought the bed over was a wonderful friendly person. He brought the bed in piece by piece. Watched him put the bed together, quick and easy. He explained how to use the features on the bed. I want to tell the Company how excited for my husband to get home. Your company does great work. Thank You!!!
