I would like to recognize Indy for helping me transition dad to a new home and moving him was a huge challenge to me. I needed huge help from Indy on what exactly to do and how to move him in the smoothest possible way. Indy listened and understood all our needs were and she found a home that is truly perfect for dad. She's very caring, trustworthy, and can get the job done and right! Valerie and Rachel helped my parents (both of them needed assisted living care at the same time). They were the BEST. Because my parents were hospitalized and were about to be discharged, the timing was very tight, and all of this was supposed to happen during a holiday 3-day weekend. I expected that since this was the holiday weekend, I would be in trouble with the timing - after all, even doctors are difficult to get a hold of during such weekends. But they took care of placing my parents like they were their own parents - working through that weekend, following up with the hospital for the proper documents... so that my parents are now together in the same room in a facility. I couldn't have done it without them! I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who is looking for people who would treat you with the utmost care and urgency to help you. I am so thankful for them.

Finding Indy through Seniorly was the best thing ever!! She was and has been amazing at helping me find a suitable place for my mom. My family amd I are incredibly grateful and Indy was completely professional. She absolutely has so many resources that there is no way a family couldn't find a suitable place. I would and do trust Indy's completely !!!

Holly Miller was quick to respond and referred me to a great place for my mom. I first spoke to her on a Friday afternoon, went to visit Board and Care Home the next day and moved my mom in that Thursday. It was a very easy transaction to what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you so much for the personalized treatment. I appreciated her warm and very helpful consideration.
