For me as a caregiver very difficult. You can't clearly see the hours they pay you!! There is always a problem about being able to see the hours paid, they don't give you copies of the checks!! You have to be calling the office asking them for copies because in the app they give they never look at it!! When clients hit you, scratch you, spit on you or mistreat you, there is nothing that protects a caregiver from such treatment, just put up with it because there is no law that protects us as a caregiver and all the caregivers will know what I'm talking about. Apart from the fact that the payment is unbalanced, there are people who are just starting to work, that is, new people who pay them more than those who have had more time and we are the ones who always put our face into the work. I do not doubt that there are good caregivers but unfortunately they do not value them and but yes Someone in the office doesn't like you, forget that they gave you a job again, personally I had a very bad experience with Vina and Staycy, they didn't give me a job for a long time, sometimes they give you clients and they don't tell you the person's mental state I never understood that part if a person is not well mentally as caregivers they should inform us, to know how to take care of them. The truth is as a caregiver I felt humiliated and trampled before if they treated the caregivers well when I was in charge but after others arrived They don't even pay attention to the needs of the caregivers...they manipulate as they want... Thank God I don't work there anymore, the hourly pay for us caregivers is $17 dollars an hour and with that we have to do housework It's like we were maids and besides playing the role of nurse we are super poorly paid... and just like they are all the agencies that I know of, there are not as good caregivers as one another, I worked for them but I had a panic attack with one client and I left and they no longer gave me a job, but they also never gave my son who works there a job again just because they were angry with me, he did nothing!! It's just that they like their feet and I don't know what kind of negotiation they do with the caregivers to deserve some privileges, they told me but time will tell them everything, they throw flowers at each other as if they were going to make our job!! Hypocritical and ungrateful people...ask the caregivers if they are happy, they don't care about us...I talked to Eliut about my ways to do taxes, he never sent them to me and I'm talking about how right now we are in February and I still haven't They have sent them, They do it on purpose but I am not going to stop telling the truth... I have been asking them for the w2 form to file the taxes since January and I have spoken with several people with Roys, with Eliut and they have told me that they would send it to me from January, February, March asking for the form and they don't send it to me, you can see that it is not a serious company... a serious and trustworthy company they would have already sent it to me but they do it so that they put a penalty... caregiver don't work with them ..they are not trustworthy...

My 98 year old father had four different people from this company to stay with him in the hospital and senior home, 12 hour shifts around the clock and I think theyre all excellent.

I highly recommend New Wave Home Care for private caregiving services. I run residential care homes and we have witnessed New Wave caregivers in action in real time over these past few years.
