DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The management team is unprofessional, rude and demeaning. They gave me false information at signing to get me to sign the lease then completely took back everything they said and did not let me know about multiple hidden fees. For example, they told me there is no pet rent and AFTER I signed the lease with no reference to pet ownership, they sent me a separate document saying I need to pay $50 per month. They also make you pay $30 for a trash service with no option to opt out. I am the only resident in my apartment and Im paying $105 for trash services The agent, Ngozi Ojinnaka, is a HORRIBLE manager with no respect for the residents. My concerns were met with disrespect. She refused to respond to my emails that contained questions and when I went to talk with her about it she said, I decided the conversation was over. She does not treat residents who pay thousands upon thousands of dollars to live here fairly. Save your hard earned money live somewhere where management is competent.

THEO is Amazing and it's Christmas decorations! Enjoy living here as a resident and know first hand the team goes above and beyond to take care of its residents and property! The recent residents events have been great!
I love THEO as a community!
