Nice complex, if the loud and shrill fire alarm wouldnt go off for 5-20 minutes at a time multiple times per week for no reason. They are way too sensitive, slightly burning a toast in a pan is already enough. You gotta be so careful, Im already scared blowing out my candles will cause another 15 minutes of constant beeping. At least its loud enough to definitely hear it no matter where you are or what you are doing in, around, and in a 1 mile radius of the building.

Ok so I have lived here since 2019 and let me say that Ive never been treated like a P.O.S until I moved here and I have been put thru the worst Theft and Robbery of my Securities and denied my 195,000 dollars for the theft and identity fraud caused by luxe Pasadena LLC and Greystar management, Laureen Garcia who is the face of the fraud trust that secretly owns this property. Giovanni Garcia stole and committed fraud and theft and threatened me and 11 other victims renting the apartments here . I was promised payment and restitution remedies in the amount of over 6 figures and everything was fine until every single manager that was about to get me the money was fired to now being overdue and 40 different managers later they have been court violations to kick me out and turned off my Electricity and I have no alarms for safety not one person has fixed any of these numerous problems and Im suing them and filing federal court lawsuits for securities fraud and identity theft and police reports for the theft that Geovanny Garcia and Laureen Garcia have committed amongst other people. The landlord who Im putting a IRS Fraud Audit on is a Piece of trash that I will be having the Authorities investigate since I am not a person who is afraid of anything especially these punks . I tried in Good Faith countless times to give them a chance to make everything better but only to get attacked by the same people who have ruined my last 4 years. Dont EVER MOVE HERE YOU CAN FIND SO MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO

My boyfriend and I moved in a few months ago and everyone is really nice. I love our home. Anytime we have an issue Carlos is very helpful and always has a smile on his face. I also couldnt find a package and Laureen helped me. Thank you to the team.

Moving to Pasadena has been so much easier because of the Luxe and their staff. Everyone has been very nice, especially Carlos the maintenance guy. He is always very polite and professional and gets to my work orders fast and the work is done correctly the first time. I definitely recommend living here and plus I'm saving $500 a month to live at a great community.

This past weekend Carlos came to help with a work order I placed, I have been having an issue with the same thing for over 2 years and he finally was able to fix it. Great guy. Thank you to the maintenance team.
