Looking at mobile homes for sale. Residents that i met seemed very nice!

It was a clean little Mobile home park. It had a pool and the residents seemed to enjoy living there. Sadly it burned down during the Camp Fire in Paradise in Nov, 2018.

After the fire in paradise, the manager gave everyone the rent a deposit back, great people thanks again

Its gone way DOWNHILL. I lived @ one of their properties, which was a gated community and not cheap. When the gate broke, they didn't fix it!! WTH?
