We didn't know about Better Homes and Gardens until Adrin mentioned he was a realtor! We met Adrin 2years ago and found out he was already a friend of the family , in speaking with him in march of this year he said he had a great team of people he worked with. We looked at some homes in the Chico area and beyond . He was on point when we had questions and concerns about various items regarding purchasing homes ! Our realtor Adrin was the best. After we started escrow my Mom passed suddenly then a day later my husband got really sick was in hospital for about 2 months and if that wasnt enough my amazing auntie passed and then my husbands father. I was beyond stressed and stretched past my limit. Adrin pretty much held my hand and he responded immediately to my text. I know that I couldnt have made it through without him. The entire team at Better Homes and Gardens are the BEST !! We consider Adrin part of our family

Working with Kasey McClough to sell my property has been a pleasure. She kept me informed throughout the process, always asked for my input, and she had the resources to get the job done. Im looking forward to working with her again.

This was our first time buying a home. I felt very under- informed throughout the process. An example would be the fact we were not informed that our home was located in an extreme fire danger area so bad in fact it was difficult and highly expensive to insure. When we moved in (post home inspection) we discovered that somebody trying to do touch up painting had used semi gloss paint over flat paint all over the house. It was very difficult to pin Kasey down for a definitive answer as to how to resolve this. The issue still exists. We had a problem with the main water line leaking coming into the home. I left Kasey a message stating this and saying it was urgent and did not hear back from her until I sent a text saying I had fixed it myself. All in all somewhat disappointed. I feel like I over payed for the home as well as small problems were never addressed.
