The Palm Desert store is absolutely the worst for customer service! Im not sure you could have anyone who more obviously dislikes his job. When you walk in the store, you feel like a major inconvenience especially if you want your water tested- you get heavy sighs, attitude and eye rolls. It is always the same fellow that my husband and I see there. I hate to have to drive to La Quinta every time but its becoming worth it. They are great at that store.

I have been shopping at Leslie's pools over 20 years. The Palm Desert store is the worst customer service. After five years not going there I tried it again today and nothing has changed. Piss poor customer service.

I like Leslie's water testing service mostly, and they do have lots of products available to balance out my pool water when necessary. The only bummer about the LQ and the PD stores is that the employees have really lame attitudes. I never look forward to a visit there.

Been there 4 times. Only been inside 2 times. The other 2 times I waited around for 15 to 20 minutes because of a sign on the door that read be back in 10 minutes...
Waited 10, no one returned so I left.
2 out of 4 visits... guess I'll look for a place that keeps people in the store during advertised business hours...
