        Second time around. Customer Service could be rated below 0 if possible. No intention to help and downright contempt in speaking to customers especially if you a woman. I get that you are THE store in town for pool supplies, but you don't own the store. Never stepping back into this location.

        The store had a wide variety of product but the customer service was very odd. Not friendly and mumble most of what they said. Then after the water test the store associate just moves to the opposite facing counter and just stared out for 10 seconds and doesn't say anything and I asked would you like us to go to the other side and then they mumbled yes again. Very odd

        Friendly and always very helpful. One of the main reasons I continue to patronize this store is because they DO NOT try to upsale you on products. They have recommended items that cost less than what I had in hand and was ready to pay for.
