Great store, never crowded, but chemicals are pricey! Glad I'm only taking care of a hottub rather than a pool!

As a certified pool operator who does this for a living, I have several issues with this particular location, the staff is untrained and I overheard them give bad/wrong advice to customers, they just want to sell you some product without understanding what you actually need, their attitude is here try this, unless you know what you need I would not be confident in their advice. I also have issues with the management as they are less than professional and would deny me the free testing they advertise, I have offered to pay for the free testing they still said NO they give me a strange reason we are busy or maybe be busy when I come in to test more than one sample, this doesn't make sense to me as I come in right when they open and on only one occasion I have seen one other customer in there. The short answer is stingy, lazy, and incompetent. Avoid this particular location and save yourself a headache.
