We are over 10 weeks pregnant. They keep rescheduling our appointment they have nobody we can see where we live. We have to keep taking days off of work and we keep getting rescheduled. We have not seen a doctor and now the soonest in another two weeks that they can see us will be with a midwife. This is unacceptable

This Kaiser is really understaffed; the ER has a really bad wait. It took 10hrs to be seen, and released 3hrs later only to be heading back now. If one has to wait that long, Id expect the issue resolved.

this is the worst place to visit. they leave you to die but no response. NOT enough doctors, it takes ages to call your name. The reception at the front don't have minimum knowledge about the patient condition. She just ask you to wait and wait and the lady "Payton Gregory" at the font give false info. There is no display to check current number or wait time and no proper announcement system. I spend my whole evening waiting for my call but at the end came back home without seeing a doctor at 11 pm. What a waste of time. My advice never fall for Kaiser Permanentte trap. Go for some other insurance. You will be valued being a human.
