What started out as a great experience with my health ended in realizing my PCP was a narcissist who judged folks on appearances and lacked patience in any form to understand and help, an NP who made medical judgements on personal experiences vs medical needs, some medical staff who have no business being in their positions with their horrible customer service and an office manager who hates her job. Thank you to Mariah for your patience and help. I will never go back to this office again.

If I can give 0 starts I really would... I went in for my second COVID-19 vaccine today 4/7/21 and it was the worst experience ever... the nurses were are all different from the ones when I got my first dose, the new nurses were very rude and stuck up, the nurse with the glasses administered the shot and did not do a great job, I was an RN and I know the procedure and she did not follow it whatsoever, I really do not recommend coming here for any reason at all, I really hoped to see the nurses I met for my first dose, I will not be coming back for my parents second doses next week if the same nurses that were there today are there.

Took my parents to get a Covid Vaccine. Eventhough it is quite a distance but once I got to the clinic, Leslie the nurse has been extremely helpful and friendly since checking us in to handing paperwork and administering the vaccine. Makes everything easy and comfortable. Clinic is clean and nurses are nice. Thank you Leslie. Hope our second shot will be with you again.
