I scheduled an appointment in advanced to follow up with my primary physician face to face after going to urgent care. The day of my appointment, literally 10 mins before, I'm informed that I had an insurance issue that came up that I needed to fix prior to seeing the doctor. To add onto that, when I arrived at the clinic for my face to face appointment and answered their screening questions, they told me that the physician would only talk to me over the phone because I stated that I'm feeling a couple of the numerous symptoms that they were listing that can honestly be for any diagnosis. After waiting for a while over the phone, I'm told by staff that the head doctor said for me to go to ER instead to be checked out. So you're just going to pass me off and cancel the appointment I had set up in advanced just like that?

I wish I can go here again, but something with insurance changed. The doctors were so sweet especially The main doctor. Very professional and caring environment.
