        Excellent service, no wait and tech was very pleasant.

        Had an appointment at 2:30pm, once there, no one was there. I had to call customer service for them to tell me that they werent opened and if I still want the Covid test, I had drive out 45 minutes from the current location. Truly disappointing, especially when the reason why nobody was there was because they had a 2+ lunch. A sign in the door said they had lunch from 12:30-1:30pm.
