Currently on hold for 30 mins, the female who answered didnt even tell me anything, I moved out of state and am asking to get my daughters vaccine records faxed over and she just said oh and put me on hold. I havent had anyone check up on me or give me an update. This is so unprofessional. Well see how much longer they have me on hold. Ill have to call again Im sure. UPDATE: its been an hour and still no one has bothered to pick up the call to check on me or help with any small request. I dont believe they even deserve the 1 star
