I agree with most of these reviews, management seems to care more about towing but cares less about their tenants problems. Theyre blaming us for not placing the trash in properly but dont realize the homeless come in almost everyday. Camera are installed for basically no reason so they are useless against any break ins. We had our bike stolen years ago and they refused to check the cameras. Management here really has went downhill the last few years.

Horrible management. Manager KELLY decides to tow poor people's cars. Like no message or heads up or anything. We live in constant fear of getting our car towed. Oh and homeless people come in and out of here to dig in trash. I would get OUT of this place unless you really need the apartments.

Manager cares more about towing cars but doesnt hire any security. They also didnt place any padding under the flooring so you can hear every sound upstairs neighbors make. Barely any landscaping done anymore. Neighbors constantly smoking and partying with loud music until late hours in common areas. Manager also takes photos of others property and violates their privacy. Would not recommend unless you have no other option. The management office doesnt care to help us at all. Its all about them saving money while we put up with the problems.

Do not recommend these apartments at all. The management at these apartments replaced the carpets in the apartments with flooring and didnt install insulation under the flooring so now you can hear everything neighbors do and say. You wont have any privacy whatsoever. You'll be lucky if you get any sleep. The walls in these are apartments are also so weak and can also hear everything through them. There isnt any security at night so you may hear people going through the trash cans at night or things might be stolen. They also allow the common area to be used outside for parties during COVID-19.
