    EDIT: they have now towed our car TWO DIFFERENT times even though we have our license plate registered with them and had our community parking pass clearly in view on the dashboard.

    I've lived in these apartments for 2015-2023 off and on due to military deployments. I've read all the negative reviews and honestly disagree with them all except for parking. Any issue I had was taken care of that day or the very next day. Management has always helped me with moving out and moving in, often communicating over the phone with them. I typically pay all my bills automatically, one month my card didn't go through due to me getting a new one, I immediately received a call from Management helping me avoid any late fees, they were also understanding if I could not pay it on time because of this. One big issue I had when I first moved is was my toilet would stop filling, I went to work not knowing this and recieved a phone call telling me water was coming from my apartment. The water soaked my bedroom floor hallway and living room. Management had the maintenance team move my furniture to another empty apartment, also put me up in a hotel until I was able to move in. Their response was quick and allowed me not to worry. They sold me on continuing business with them. The apartments themselves aren't the most up to date. When it comes to new age, and smart technology. But that all comes with a higher price. The apartments are great for what you pay for. I've been fortunate to have always lived by great neighbors, many of which still live in the apartments today.

    I have lived in this community for almost 3 months. Winters are cold. My unit has no central air or heating. There are small wall heaters attached in each room, they are OK it doesn't get the rooms warm enough. Portable heating does a much better job. Built in the 90s, insulation is poor. Summer time is TBD. Pipes can have a smell. Utilities are expensive, in my opinion, over 100 dollar/mo for a family of 4. It is based on the total usage of the entire community (ratio), no individual meters to track your usage alone. Smoking is allowed (all types of smoke). A tad away from the High school and Middle school, but the Elementary School is nearby. Lots of green, grass, flowers, birds can be heard in the morning as we are near a bird sanctuary. Kids can play outside. Property is pretty well maintained. Good experience so far.

    If you want a BUG INFESTED, MOLDY /WATER DAMAGED, CIGARETTE/WEED SMELLING, HOSTILE COMMUNITY, OUT OF DATE APPLIANCES, OVER CHARGED APARTMENTS, UNHELPFUL (and dishonest) MANAGEMENT this is the place for you! :) THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND TORN DOWN! MANAGEMENT IS MONEY HUNGRY AND ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR OVER PRICED RENT.  considering it's 2023 the office still stays locked up "due to Covid" and no one is ever in the office longer than an hour.  Good luck catching one of the two people that work in the office to ask a question. I gave a 30 day notice the end of January but February only has 28 days so I'll be charged for 2 days worth of rent in March (even though I've told them I will be out before March 1st) And for moving out, don't expect your security deposit back because they charge you to clean the carpet even if you have no pets or stains and a light clean.This apartment complex has been nothing but trouble.  First we move in and told there was brand new carpet and counter tops put down.  As soon as I walked in it smelled like urine, found dog nails in the carpet and a pee stain against the wall and carpet.  The sliding door still had dog noise marks and paw marks on it and hair in the sliding part.  There were spiders and other bugs throughout the house (mainly in the hallway and 2nd bedroom).  After calling the leasing office multiple times asking for them to black light and or show me a receipt of the new carpet they "just put down" management told me they don't black light and "oh the carpet was just deep cleaned". The "perfect well kept landscape" has ant hills, dog poop, cigarette butts, and holes so you can't play in the grass, without getting attacked by ants and breaking your ankles.  One of the pools has been closed for over a year.  one of the playground basket ball courts and grilling area has "I  BBC" written all over in paint. (It's been like this for a year). They say people are not allowed to smoke in the common areas yet every one does. Make sure you always watch when you go to cross the road because even though there are speed bumps and stop signs, very few people stop at the stop signs and FLY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Like cars catching air over the speed bumps they go so fast I've been almost hit multiple times driving and walking not to mention I was driving one day and another car came up and passed me driving through the neighborhood.  The people are aggressive that live here.  I confronted one person to slow down and watch when they are driving since they almost hit me and my child and she threatens me and then drove off.  *The management office will tell you nothing is they're issue and they can not do anything about it regardless of what the lease agreement says!*my car has been hit and scratched multiple times, management said nothing can be done.  Even though I have pictures of my paint that was scratched on another car.   The wall heaters will use up all the electricity but won't heat up a cardboard box.  On the other hand, if you love drama this is the place to be at least once a week there's a couple or family screaming and fighting.Even though they say dogs need to be under 30 lbs and only one dog, there are multiple people I've seen with many dogs, one lady admitted to breeding dogs (pitbulls) in her apartment.  Other days I've seen people walking around what look like full grown bears.  Multiple apartments leave their (over 30lb) dogs on the porches all day long and let them bark.
