The Pointe at 2316

A very quaint and usually quiet complex.  Parking can be a bear so I highly recommend paying for a parking spot or a garage.  Leasing office is run by a pleasant woman named Shae.  Laundry facilities are clean, with brand new machines.  I always find one to use. Small but functional fitness room is open at 7am daily.  Wish it was earlier but it shares a wall with a bottom floor apartment so understandable that it is not open all night.  Other tenants keep to themselves but passing them by in the complex they've been nothing but friendly. Highly recommend!  Dog friendly.  Has a nice sized pool to cool off in during the hot months.  No a/c in the units but we found that being so close to the ocean there is always a nice breeze!  Grounds are always meticulously maintained and it's very lush with tons of roses in bloom!

If I could give a thousand stars I would! The Point is truly a wonderful place to live! Shai is a great hands on manager and greatly cares about the community!! I had to move out of state, but hopefully some day can move back to this place that really felt like home!!

I am absolutely in love with this complex! The grounds are beautiful,  lush with all kinds of plants and trees. There are fountains too around the property that sound so serene. Shai is the leasing agent who helped me through the whole process. She's extremely happy, kind, helpful and efficient. I love that there's only around 70 units and all my neighbors are friendly! I have so many friends already :-) All the Units have a little garage ! How cool is that ??! I'll be staying here for a long time until my knight in shining armor buys me that ocean front in Laguna ! Until then .... I'll chill in my zen den!

Peeps, I'm about to let you know how I feel, and I promise that it's the real deal! This place is the bomb diggity, made from the best shiggity, and the owners are real fliggity! (Fliggity=Fly... Iggity)This place has a great atmosphere, and the residents are super nice, and I don't mean in that weird way. You know the weird way..? When people are too nice so they're forcing it? No, they are positive, and so is the manager! Shai, has been the saving grace for this Ace, and I love living here. The flowers everywhere you look, the beautiful ovenware in the kitchen helping you cook.The restroom... Ok I'm done; they've really set the bar high on apartment complexes, and it's no wonder that no one wants to leave. I do say, HOWEVER, just be patient when it comes to contact, because of the virus, things have slowed down for new residents. It is most definitely worth it though, and I promise you of that!BOO-YAH!!!
