Patelco Credit Union

Oh, come on! Why does it only take Wells Fargo and other banks mere seconds to Zelle money to my Patelco account, but it takes almost a week for Patelco to Zelle money to banks? My money is removed from my account, I have no access to it, and it's somewhere in space (making Patelco extra interest fees from elsewhere, is my guess), for 5-7 days! What is up???

i truly enjoy my experience at the 12th street petelco . Markia, has truly been been a huge part of my economic development. her and the 12th street team are the kindest people . I have been able to build my banking confidence by coming to this branch

I love love love this branch. I started my account about a year ago with the branch manager she was helpful with all the information she gives you. I am currently working with Marika who is a certified Finical specialist who is helping me with finances and, my household budget.She is really knowledgeable  at this she has made me feel so comfortable with her I didnt belive it was possible to do in 2 weeks I just feel like she gets me and, doesn't judge me I feel like she is leading by example I truly feel like she cares. If it wasnt for this branch I dont know where my finances would be. Miracle the teller is amazing as well just down to earth.

I recently went in to open a new account for my checking and savings. Marika Johnson and everyone else at this branch were extremely kind, patient in explaining the process as well as services provided at this branch. Asking follow up questions to my inquiries and concerns about my finances. I would highly recommend this branch to friends and family and give this branch a 10/10 on kindness, politeness, and compassion for their members. A big shout out to Marika and her team members!!
