I was live a really bad experience Thursday 22, 2023 yesterday the 2 people on the front was really rude with me and I think its because I had a work shirt and I was dirty because I work in a restaurant the only person who was nice its the security he is really nice dont open accounts there because they are rude go to other Patelco place .

I've never experience such difficulty in getting basic banking needs completed. We swapped our joint checking from Patelco to Umpqua which has never given me problems. They're on POINT! Unfortunately, I have a car loan that I'm just finishing up and the process to cancel the ACH (why is it not just falling off when balance is $0?!) is beyond me... so confusing. The people are nice to talk to, but the processes are just SO in need of improvement. Go learn from Lean Six Sigma practices, guys. Seriously!
