    The WORST experience after a 14 hour workday checking in to this hotel! The second I walk in the door theres no one else in line the manager was eating lunch looks at me and says what do you want. And then I ask him what kind of customer of greeting is that he said the proper one. This place has a lot to learn about customer service! Its very unfortunate because the location is perfect. Rooms are almost perfect and the price is definitely right but I will never say here again because I want to make sure the money I spend goes to people who deserve it!

    We booked two nights, when we arrived at the property two men tried to assist us; both of them were rude and refused to give us a receipt. They said that our booking company was going to provide it, which was a lie. When we open the room door, the odor was nasty; it smells old and humid. We decided to stay because we it was close to our destination, worst decision made!! The first night we realize how bad it was, the mattress very uncomfortable, the pillows are hard as a rock, the carpet was not vacuumed the next day and the only soap to wash our body was tiny. The towels are kept under the sink along with the plumbing. To make things worse, they charged us $15 dollars more per night, that's why they refused to give a receipt at the time we checked in. Please do not stay in this place if you want to have restful night. WORST PLACE EVER!!!

    So I booked this hotel for an upcoming wedding I'm going to be attending in the area. I booked the executive suite for my brother and I. So just a couple of days before the wedding I had a few questions for the staff regarding if the room I booked had pots and pans so we can cook. I called the hotel and no one answered. So I called again and a man answered the phone, I proceeded with telling him I have an upcoming reservation Saturday February 17. He then says to call back that Saturday and hung up the phone. (How Rude) I ended up calling again, again and again with no answer from anyone. That immediately raised a red flag for me. So I eneded canceling my reservation and booking at another hotel. One I started reading the reviews I can honestly say I dodged a bullet with this one.
