The apartment do a bunch stuff and change the locks on people apartment without they permission.The manager is not professional.Will have a lawyer send some papers.it went two months with out a manager when the building was sold and we have pictures and the original owner and manager back.Probably some illegal paperwork move to avoid taxes or the housing department.Dont move there..

First time here and the staff seem very Freindly and the place looked nice once inside, clean an organized... I love the fact the elevators had hand sanitizer on each and view of the mountains from the 7 floor very nice... I was bringing some items to a dear Freind and decided to take a look at this place cause looking to relocate and this looks good for what I'm looking for...

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I submitted an application for this place the same day I toured. Management was very nice during the tour then impossible to get ahold of after I submitted my $60 application. After TEN DAYS of waiting around to hear whether or not my application was approved, I decided to move on to somewhere else (still never received an answer from them). They are very kind and attentive up front then keep you in the dark for weeks! That's not okay, definitely not a place I'm willing to call home. Wasted two+ weeks of my time and $60 of my money. Horribly managed - they are clearly spread too thin. Also, the common areas are dirty, furniture is worn and filthy, fabric is torn and blowing in the wind on the lounge chairs. For the price of this place, one should expect better. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Tried to get ahold of nVe NoHo for a tour at about 7 different numbers multiple times as well as schedule a tour through several websites (which all show different open hours for the complex too) over the course of about a week and either the tour scheduling form was broken or scheduled me for a tour at a completely different and unrelated complex. I also tried emailing from several different contact forms across different websites but never got a response. I ended up getting a call back from nVe Fairfax but did not realize it was a separate complex and scheduled a tour so when we showed up no one was there and the doors were locked even though it was supposedly during regular business hours according to any of the websites I saw, but the manager's number on the door and the callbox for the leasing office went to voicemail multiple times each, and the Fairfax team couldn't even get ahold of anyone for me.
