Chateau Regent Apartments

These folks dont keep notes correctly, I came in with MY OWN refrigerator and I kept it for close to 3 years, now that I no longer live there the manager is accusing me of taking their refrigerator, doesnt have any proof, demanding of me to provide proof its mine, the burden to prove that is on them. I have a double door stainless steel refrigerator, they had a single door, white refrigerator, not the same thing. Be very careful with these folks and the manager at Chateau Laurel in Valley Village. And if I know them like I do, the next response from them will be accusations and personal attacks, only a matter of time for the mud slinging to start from them.

I had a good experience while living at Chateau Regent. Ruth is the best. I have nothing but solid praise for Ruth. She has always been extremely kind and friendly, never fails to smile, and has immediately helped me with any of the minor issues Ive had. She is very professional, knowledgeable of the business and exhibits authentic customer satisfaction qualities to the highest degree!

We've been living at Chateau Regent for 8 years now and it's been a wonderful community. We've always felt great support from Ruth, Darah, Enrique and the rest of the team who continue to make our community comfortable and beautiful. Everyone is kind and understanding and always willing to help. Also, the neighborhood has drastically changed over the last five years, so we're now closer to more shops, restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops!

Great service they make sure whenever something needs to be fixed or needs attention they get right to it..its a wonderful complex great workers and residents wonderful place to stay
