Alexan NoHo West Apartments

I recently relocated here and I must say that Blake is undoubtedly the best Leasing Consultant I've ever encountered! His professionalism and support made the entire process seamless and, most importantly, successful! This building is fantastic, and while I don't typically leave reviews, I felt compelled to commend Blake for his exceptional customer service.

Very Hostile Environment to live in. They call to intimidate you for giving an opinion. So here is more issues with the building: -They Tow their own tenants when convenient. $300-$1000 cost. They most likely earn a commission for towing vehicles. --Everything costs money, the garage keys, home keys, parking for guests fee, pet fee, recording studio fee, common space rental fee. Everything they do is to squeeze money. -There are gang meetings in the lobby when I'm working every week with groups of 20 people who don't live here. -Once a week there is alarm from someone smoking weed in their unit or building. -Transits walk around the building perimeter every day. -Dog poop is in common spaces and we get charged for it. -Rent is expensive in a busy environment, will be moving out soon. -Parking garage does not work, they make it hard to get in with lines of cars. +Good Gym and Pool Area. Only Plus. Overall, Not Recommended, 2/5.

I've been here since the very beginning/grand opening of the complex and have loved living here. Not only is the place stunning, but the surrounding shops and amenities really make the place feel luxurious and homey. The leasing and maintenance team here has been spectacular and have always been so helpful. No other complex I have lived at before has even matched the speed and dedication than the maintenance workers here! Special shoutout to Kiarra who was my leasing agent when I first toured and has continuously helped me throughout my time living here, making me feel so welcome. Also Jacob the manager has done such a terrific job at making sure all my questions/needs have been answered and met very promptly. I've seen many improvements during his time here and have nothing but kind words for him and his team! Well done!

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. I wouldn't wish living in this building on my worst enemy. Not only is the management unresponsive and neglectful, but they also seem to take pleasure in towing residents vehicles for the slightest infractions. Stay away unless you enjoy constant frustration and financial loss. Parking lacks any services or tow service contact information on the wall, leaving you clueless about your towed car whereabouts. There's no notice whatsoever. If you're a resident and your vehicle has been impounded (towed by Alexan Noho West by Mid Valley Towing), feel free to direct message for information on joining a class action against unauthorized tows without notice or knowledge of the towing details.

Worst place to move in , just save your money and move somewhere else that will care about their tenants. Ive been a tenant here nothing but problems and fair well wishes
