David was amazing from start to finish. We were 1st time home buyers, we were nervous, and had no idea how much we actually did not know about the home buying process! Dave expertly navigated us through the negotiations and even some minor obstacles before the close of escrow. His support team is also expert and you have to really pay close attention to understand how much is really going on behind the scenes. 5 Stars! Highly recommend!

Dave is simply AMAZING!!! My husband and I are first time home buyers and Dave made the entire process easy to understand and was there to answer all of our questions along the way... and we had quite a few LOL. Dave is very knowledgeable and is great at what he does. He is personable, friendly and professional. What we loved most about Dave is that he is not pushy or salesy like a lot of agents out there. He provided the guidance and advice we needed, but gave us space to make decisions that would be best for our family. We were expecting a drawn out and stressful home buying experience, but with Dave's help, we found our perfect home in 5 weeks and closed escrow in 21 days!! Can't thank you enough, Dave!
