I first met Mary when I bought a home in Harbor View Hills South where she was the listing agent. She lives in the neighborhood so she was incredibly helpful to me - everything from finding the best housekeeper to helping me navigate the HOA. Any time I had a question or an issue, she was right on it. Her husband even installed timers on my outdoor lights so I would feel safer in the home by myself. I loved the neighborhood l, but given this was a second home for me, and I did not use it much in 2022/2023, I was very open to the idea of selling when Mary told me about a buyer who wanted to live in HVHS.
