As first time homebuyers we were very apprehensive about the home buying process and felt overwhelmed. Marlena took the time to get to know us and understand our needs. She guided us through all aspects of the home search process and supported us through navigating the ins & outs of new construction. We had a special challenge with being overseas during closing and she was able to negotiate an additional walk through with builder to ensure we could see the new house before closing. We greatly appreciated her attention to detail during the walkthrough as she identified several items that needed tending to which would have gone unnoticed by us. We are very happy with our home and highly recommend Marlena.

I cant speak highly enough about our experience with Marlena. We worked with her for a month or two finding the perfect place to rent. She must have showed us 10+ houses and ultimately was able to lock down one that fit all of our needs. You would think we were buying a 10 million dollar house the way she worked with us. Ill be referring friends and family to her any chance I get!

If I could sum up Marlena in one word it be amazing. My husband and I are relocating from the Bay area to Irvine and were spontaneously connected when my we expressed interest in a rental property via Zillow. As this was our first time renting privately, she took the time to talk us through the process and even gave us some tips and tricks to ask in the future. We felt so looked after especially since we are moving to a new city. Marlena has been so communicative in the short time weve known her and on top of sending us new homes once listed. What I so appreciated the most was how responsive she is. When you send a message to Marlena she will respond immediately. She just really exceeded our expectations. Her first priority is her clients and as long as they are happy she is. If you are looking for someone to help you look for your next home we highly recommend Marlena to be that person.
