Bought some shoes for my daughter and when we got home we noticed that one of the boots had so many little holes on the side of the boot. Called and they said that they dont know if that was cause by their side!!!! I literally just bought them last night! And you can obviously see that they have never been worn! Never shopping there again!

I walked in to Kids Journeys today at about 4 pm looking for shoes for my little girl who wears toddler size shoes, the associate immediately attempted to direct me to the bigger kids section without even asking shoe size. I walked over to the bigger sizes and picked a shoe tried it on and once again the associate walked over to me demanding I give her the shoe back, i was fixing it to put back on the showcase and she once again demanded the shoes back to which I did to not make matters worst. She had the worst attitude and i did mention to her she had VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! To which she replied thank you very much as if it was complementing her. And laughed it off.

I went there with my mom asking very simple questions. Right off the boat a girl named Jay gave both of us an extremely rude attitude. I work in retail and I would never greet something with so much attitude. She told us the shoes we were looking for were out of stock and when we didn't hear right we said "huh" and she rolled her eyes and turned the screen over so fast she almost hit my mother's head. The other girls were very helpful and I had a great experience until she came out. Horrible.
