Bought a pair of Nike shoes for my toddler on 10/14. The shoes tore all around the sole 2 weeks after. Due to being evacuated I couldnt make in to return the shoes also there were far more important things going on. I called this morning and spoke to the sales associate named Natalie who told me they could return merchandise for up to a year. I explained to her I didnt have a receipt and the shoes were worn. She said its okay we can do an exchange only. Drove out here for her to now tell me her store manager Savanah said she could no longer to the return because there is no receipt. (Never hace them email you the receipt, always ask for a paper copy) Worst customer service. I even showed her the transaction on my bank statement.

The shoes there are really nice, along with the socks and back packs there too. There are also five nights at freddys, sonic and peppa pig toys as well.
