Tommy did my nails and was absolutely amazing! He's quick, yet efficient and I'm in love with the outcome! I definitely recommend!

I hated it. The owner was very rude. I ask for refill and he ended up taking all my nails off, he did asked me first and told me that they wear really horrible and he couldn't work, that he had 14 years of experience. When I asked for shape he told me to relax that he know what he was doing. It seems that he was in a really bad mood. And for sure he was talking crap with the other girl on his language, even though I couldn't understand bit I know they where saying stuff about me and my aunt. He also try to make it better by discounting $5 off our bill, that it came out more than doble. Worse experience ever doing my nail. Definitely not coming back, first and last time. One more thing the way that he removes the nail is really rough, basically all his jobs was rough, my nails hurts for about 3 days. And off course my nails are not good.

Been going to Craft Nails for a year now and am always pleased with their services. Tommy did an ombr dip for me today and Amy gave me a pedicure. I like the powder applied thin and Tommy always accommodates. I also have an in grown toe nail and Amy spent extra time fixing my nail.

Tommy did an amazing job with my nails A++ customer service. Kayla did an amazing job with the pedicure, always so nice and caring.
