Absolutely amazing staff!!! My nail service was perfect despite it being near closing. They took their time & made it perfect. My boyfriend thought my nails were SO sexy and nice!!! He's been complimentimg them on the daily lol Plus, they all have wonderful personalities which I appreciated getting to experience after closing! Absolutely wonderful service & will be coming here again

Very professional,appears to be clean, and they mainly speak English which is a plus because most places just talk about their customers. Great with nails. Wish they used hot stones as a part of their pedicure packages. Overall 5 stars from me!

I try to go here because its close to my shop but honestly the price and irritability you receive from staff when trying to explain what youd like isnt worth it. Last time I came, I called to see if they had someone available to service what I was looking for. Even sent a picture and was told not a problem. I went in and the girl doing my nails was not doing what I had asked for at all so I explained to her and showed her the picture. I could tell she was irritated but I called to ensure there was someone skilled enough. If you dont know how to do it, dont get upset with me. I couldnt receive my pedicure because they were closing, which is whatever but I go back yesterday for a fill on the same set and its the same girl doing my fill as last time. Shes making faces like shes dreading having to service me. I could tell she looked at my fingers and confirmed to the other woman that it was me from last time. She had this sarcastic smirk on her face. Honestly wasnt even going to tip her but the lady doing my toes was nice so i figured ill tip and just wont come back. I was so over it, they were even asking if I was okay and tried to make conversation by talking about another customer getting her kitty waxed & lots of people making babies because its Valentines Day. I dont need to understand your words to understand your body language & context to know youre talking about me. Ill continue making the drive to Orange County and see my ppl where they treat you properly. The treatment from this shop is trash especially when you pay $200+ & tip. No thank you

Tried for the first time just got a pedicure nice clean shop, KT did by pedicure it was great. Friendly staff and customers were so friendly with the staff you could tell they have lots of loyalty and great relationships with their customers. Ill be coming back
