Unfortunately the individual who owns this company stole money from me. I tried to get in touch with the owner multiple times through the number associated with the company and have been ignored.

Extremely unprofessional and very rude. A friend gifted me a groupon voucher to this business. Made an appointment for a Wednesday at 11:30am for a gel manicure. I arrived on time. I text the owner Vicky and let her know that I had arrived. I didnt hear from her so I knocked on her door. She came out and told me it would be 5 minutes bc she was with a customer. I was ok with 5 minutes but 15 minutes later she still wasnt done. I decided to text her bc I didnt want to bother her and her customer. She did not respond. I waited 5 minutes and knocked on her door. She opened and said she was done but I still had to wait for her customer to leave. This was 20+ minutes after my appointment time. When I walked into her suite I asked her how long the appointment would take. She said 45 minutes. I asked if she could finish by 12:30 even if she skipped some steps bc I had an engagement at 1:00pm and it would take me 30 minutes to get there. She said no that I could reschedule. I told her I didnt live near by and I would rather just get the service. She refused and insisted I reschedule. I told her no I would not reschedule (at this point I had already wasted enough gas and time and there was no guarantee that next time she would be on time to complete the service). She began to raise her voice and I asked her to lower her voice. She continued yelling at me. She said it wasnt her fault that her customer was late and that she had no control that her clients were late. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This was my 2nd visit for a gel manicure. 1st visit went pretty good however this one did not. My right hand has Very noticeably shorter nails. I decided to try chrome. After trial and error (and her next appointment waiting) I left with chipped polish and very short nails on one hand. Time ran out before she could put the final requested touches on 2 of my nails. Dont think I will be back.

Vicky was very gentle. The styles she does are fantastic! It's a 5 star for me.

Such a wonderful experience. From the decor to the music and especially Mrs. Vicky. She was so gentle, kind, and skilled. We went in for mani/pedis, left relaxed, and were very pleased with our services. She is very detailed and knows what she is doing. Definitely recommend booking an appointment with Pampered & Polished Salon.
