Lived here for over a year and had a great experience. Pros The staff members were amazing - both the office crew and the maintenance crew. They were super responsive and eager to help. The gym and swimming pool were well maintained. Covered parking spot for the first car and plenty of uncovered parking for subsequent cars. Amazon lockers were great for keeping your packages safe. In unit washer and dryer Cons The appliances were a bit older The AC unit in the living room was not very powerful Caltrain is next to the building so you can hear it when it goes by The building numbers arent illuminated so at night so it can be hard for delivery drivers to find you.

This is a review for Matthias at the leasing office. I went for a tour of the apartments. Matt was great and provided detailed information. He answered all my questions patiently, and went above and beyond to give me tools and data to make an informed decision. By far the best experience Ive had from all the apartments Ive toured so far!

I lived here for three good years. One of the best communities to live in the heart of bay area both in terms of location as well as staff members. Walkable distance from Castro st, el-camino real and google MTV office. Century 16 and safeway are within 1 mile radius. Matt and KC are super polite, cooperative and approachable. Overall very tech friendly in terms of paying rent or raising a support requests either online or through an app. Also not to forget this community has its own amazon locker for all mailing needs.
