Palmetto Apartments

Very silent apartment. Leasing office girl was very helpful. Have barbecue, swimming pool facilities. Laundry is in common place. Bit congested.

Pretty poor experience for many reasons. 1.poor insulation - hot days felt hotter and cold days felt colder inside than outside. to be fair, we did face the sun, but it made it unbearable to sleep. bring an a/c unit 2.termite damage - created a bunch of burrows between apartments and in the walls which made issue number 3 way worse. 3. roaches - our neighbor apparently had such a bad roach infestation that they came in through the termite walls. The worst part is they refused to treat our unit out of fear of it spreading to other units so they told us to wait for two months. Finally, threatened legal action enough and their lower management switched to better people that helped us get out of our lease. S/o to Jizel for helping so much and the being the only reason I'm not giving 1 star.

The management is terrible, they are ran by Saratoga Capital, Inc who if you look them up and their reviews reflect how bad of a company they are. I lived here last year and would not recommend to anyone.

We live in 4B2B and the staffs are friendly and helpful. One of the staff called Israel responded to our maintenance request in a short time and did a quite great job in assisting our tub clogged issue. Not only living here with such kind staff but also near to several grocery stores including Walmart and Target brings a really great living experience to us.
