        Editing my review after living here for three years (and finally moving on to my next play): Ill really miss living at Eaves! The best management team and friendliest people of anywhere Ive lived. Allison (community manager) and Robert / rest of the maintenance team have all been awesome. I have so many friends telling me about their unresponsive / cheap / overly strict / etc landlords, and I always think how Im glad I havent had to deal with that here. Ill miss this place Ive called my home the past three years!! - I love living at Eaves. Management has always been super helpful and quick to fix things when I've submitted a request. Office staff are all super friendly and helpful. And it's dog friendly! Special thanks to Allison in the office for always being a joy to talk to and very helpful, and for Steve in maintenance for always coming out so quick when I've needed something.
