Jack is amazing !!!! Like 100000/10 He goes above and beyond to explain and help out with the entire process. Makes sure the whole process goes smoothly. He follows up all himself to make sure deadline and any requirements are met. He is truly makes the process so easy.

This is a perfect place to live, very comfortable! The team is the best, especially Jack and Danny! The maintenance team is very responsive!

This is just for leasing office experience. Had a self guided tour scheduled on 4/23 and out of all 4 apartments I visited I encountered the rudest leasing office person at Avalon. He was on his phone the entire time and seemed very irritated at any question I asked. I felt like I was a huge bother to him versus being a welcomed future resident. His name started with a T. In the end I got so discouraged I didnt even return back to the office after my tour. Later I got an automated ai email from Sydney that my tour has been canceled great I guess I dont even exist to them.

My wife and I moved to Avalon Towers on the Peninsula a year ago. This is a wonderful place. It became our new home, where we, the elderly couple, were met warmly, with smile, and with attention and support we had not seen since we moved to California. The administration is very friendly and immediately attentive to any of our needs. The tenants are polite and greeting us while coming in contact. We have got a feeling that we are a part of a big family. The difference in the environment is so visible that it feels like we are in another country. And not only because our apartment has the highest quality essentials but also because the Community Manager Jack and his administrative team, including concierge Trever, consultants Danny and Jesus, doing an excellent job and always available to help. The Community Manager of this huge property keeps systematic care of the complex. The whole territory is well-groomed and very clean inside and out by Matthew care. We applied many times to the resident service team. Among the highly professionals who did an excellent job in our unit we have to mention Filipe, David and Franklin. But especially we are grateful to Javier. He was immediately available. Highly professional, with a friendly personality, he was swift, accurate and helpful in explaining now to keep the appliance in good condition. In conclusion, we want to say that in our retirement age we have everything necessary for a quality of life and grateful for that to all team of Avalon Towers. Larisa and Boris

Been living here for 4 years and it is the best place Ive ever rented. They helped me to find a new renter after I decided to break my lease early. Call out to Jack who has been super helpful and friendly. Maintenance team is super awesome as well. Highly recommend.
