I have lived in many apartments throughout NY, Philly, SF and more but I've never had a more positive experience than at Washington Square Apartments. These apartments are affordable and walk able distance to important spots like the grocery store, train stations and parks. The Property Manager, Jen, is extremely responsive, helpful and all around a great person to know. I have found myself endlessly grateful to her, she goes above and beyond for tenants and everyone really appreciates her. The community is safe, quiet and very clean. I have loved living here and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

This is my first review in Google. The purpose is to strongly recommend Agnes and her apartment complex. Agnes manages Washington Sqaure Apartment very well. She is the best ever landlord we have seen. I strongly recommend her apartment to you. Reasons: (1) Agnes is very kind. We relocated from Boston to Bay Area because of a new job. We have a lot of boxes (~30) shipping from Boston. Agnes let her maintanence person to hold those boxes for us even before we move in. That is super helpful to us (2) Agnes is generous. She offers us good discount when we moved in. And she allows us to move into the apartment several days earlier than the lease. We feel the trust from her. In return, we take good care of this rental. (3) Agnes is very considerate. We first moved into 1 bedroom, but we wish to transfer to 2-bedroom in this apartment complex. Whenver there is 2-bedroom available, she notifies us and let us see the room. We turned down a few 2-bedrooms for minor reasons, but she is still very patient and keeps on showing us. The bottom lines: (1) If you are considering this Apartment complex, I sugget you apply for it now. (2) If you are the boss of Agnes, I suggest you raise salary of Agnes. Because she deserves more, and I am sure her good service will bring more revenue to your company.
