        I had a great time living at The Shadows for 2 years. Friendly staff, maintenance is quick, clean lawn, common areas and gym, an apartment with working appliances. Very convenient location, extremely close to 101 and the Google office buildings in Mountain View.

        Very well-managed place! I lived here for 1.5 years and was very happy: - Never had significant maintenance issues and the maintenance team was very responsive for the minor things. - The leasing team is super friendly and answers calls/emails right away - The neighborhood is conveniently located near main roads but quiet enough that it's not loud. I frequently went for relaxing walks around the area - The amenities are pleasant, especially since there is both an indoor & outdoor gym

It is a delight to know that you enjoyed the wonderful location of the community. Our friendly staff enjoy helping residents and want to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your community. I am sorry to hear about your experience.Upon receipt of your written 30-day notice, we provided you move out documents which includes the optional “resident requested inspection”. You did not contact our office to schedule an appointment for the inspection. It is unfortunate that you were not fully satisfied with the move out process as I do understand that you have communicated this matter with our main offices and we have responded to you promptly on both occasions. As noted, you did have a small balance due that we agreed to waive as a courtesy, and we have closed your account in good standing. It seems you had questions about the flooring damage charge and were provided a photo which clearly demonstrated the severity of the damage and negative appearances, requiring flooring repairs to that area. Thank you again for your tenancy with us and allowing us to review your concerns.
