The Dean Apartments

Terrible insulation between floors. Its just constant rumbling and noise any time the upstairs neighbors are in their apartment, like nothing we have experienced before. Might as well live under a highway or next to a train station. They charge high rents but the building is so cheaply built, everything is cheap veneer instead of decent materials, like the fake wood grain flooring and kitchen cabinets. Save your money and live literally anywhere else Also, the leasing office keeps acting shocked every time you try to bring up noise issues, meanwhile the buildings whatsapp group is full of complaints about the noise between floors You may be enticed by the high ceilings, big windows and nice amenities, but none of these matter when youre sleep-deprived from being woken up every night and not being able to enjoy your apartment in peace. Dont be deceived like us, the whole thing is built like a McMansion

Ive been living at The Dean for a while now and I wanted to share my thoughts to give a glimpse into what its like. Its steps away from everything you need grocery stores to good eats and entertainment. Youre able to walk to your favorite spots and come home to a place just as amazing. The property itself is beautiful, with maintained landscaping, clean common areas, and fantastic amenities. It makes it clear that a lot of effort is put into making it pleasant and inviting. The amenities are not only beautiful but also easily accessible, making it just a great overall experience. I have been time and time again impressed with the management and service provided by the team here. Communication has been outstanding. Giving regular updates via email and whats up and coming on the monthly newsletters, they make sure residents are always informed about whats important, from upcoming maintenance schedules to community events. Whenever I've had an issue in my apartment, whether it's a minor repair or something more urgent, theyve always been incredibly helpful and efficient in addressing it. Their professionalism and friendliness show from my leasing process and beyond. They have been attentive, responsive, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. However, what truly sets The Dean apart is how the office regularly organizes events and activities where you can meet new people. It creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. I couldn't be happier with my experience living here. I definitely recommend this community to anyone in search of a place to call home. Big thank you to all who make living here wonderful.

We were in the apartment search until we came across The Dean. We were a walk-in without a tour appointment, and Antoinette went above and beyond to ensure we saw multiple units and the amenities. She was so kind and helpful throughout the tour and move-in process. The rest of their staff including Nicole, Trent, and Brenden have been extremely helpful and friendly. Their amenities, leasing staff, and apartment layout are unmatched! Could not recommend more!

As part of a UK to US move, my employers put me in a temporary apartment at The Dean. I immediately loved the place and after looking at other apartment complexes around Mountain View settled on a place at The Dean. I worked mainly with Antoinette who is patient (she needed to be with me!), considerate, helpful, and professional. She showed me a ton of apartments over a few weeks and I ended up with an amazing new home. (The rest of the team are great too!). I overlook jacuzzis - which is a bit crazy after living in Watford! The move in process was super easy and after agreeing on which unit to take, I had the keys within a week. The Dean has lots of amenities, there are big grocery stores within a few minutes walk, and plenty of really nice restaurants. There are other nice touches - it's very handy having a storage unit in the parking lot that's useful for storing suitcases and furniture that may only be used once in a while. There's a nice community feeling with folk greeting in each other around the complex and arranging little social events. For a Brit living in the USA, it feels like living in a swish hotel complex.
