The Tillery

We have been living here for almost 8 months now and we have immensely enjoyed our experience thus far. Moving from out of state, it was easy to set up a tour and communicate with the leasing team as we decided to make this our home.

I've been living here for one year. I really enjoy the nice amenities and good room condition here. When I looking for the apartment, the most important factors are the safety, quite and clean environment, floor plan. Tillery meets all my requirements. We never got package stolen or garage breakin. The courtyard is always sunny and bright. Everday you could enjoy a friendly and quite vibe in the building. You could find out variety of the room types as well. Also, Tea always takes care of everything and help swith all the tenants here. It's very lucky and nice to find out our home at Tillery.

I've had a great experience with The Tillery so far! I toured and went through the leasing experience with Tea Sites who is simply wonderful. She is quick to respond, flexible with timings, resourceful and just overall has been a kind and patient person throughout the touring, move-in process and even months after! The building itself is pricey but given how new it is and all the amenities make it worth it. The gym has a huge variety of equipment that apartment building gyms rarely have. The pool is well-heated and clean most of the time, occasionally you see leaves and bugs which aren't completely avoidable. We've had issues with amenities not working but the leasing often is on top of it most of the time with clear info of what's broken and when it can be fixed. Overall one of the best apartment experiences I've had.

Living in Tillery is truly wonderful. The neighborhood boasts many great features, and the staff here are simply exceptional.

I relocated from Europe to the US and had my corporate housing in the Tillery. Its a brand new building with amazing amenities in a nice neighbourhood. I toured other buildings when looking for my own apartment and finally decided to stay in the Tillery. Its been 6 months now and I couldnt be happier. Trinidad is great and very professional same as his team. Tea and Trent are always taking care and willing to help with any needs. Especially in the beginning they helped me a lot to understand the living in the US and all are still checking in if I'm settling in nicely. Thank you, I truly appreciate! With being new to the country I really love the events the team is organizing to bring the neighbours together. I have been lucky to meet new people who became friends. If you're looking for a new place to call it home, the Tillery is a great choice!
