        My package got stolen, homeless lives in the garage, couples always fight upstairs, noise from El camino.... After I moved out, they took all of my deposit even though I cleaned the apt, and then they sent me another $300 bill for no reason.

        Just moved in here one week ago and glad to meet the best leasing team ever. Kody and Brianna are super friendly and responsive. Got every question answered efficiently. Though theres a few issues for toilet and garbage disposal, the very professional Daniel from the maintenance team fixed them all even on Saturday. Shout out to THE best apartment. Dont hesitate! Just move in!

        I've lived at Montrose Apartments for 3.5 years. - I always get great maintenance service from Daniel. He has always been able to fix low pressure faucets, slow draining sinks, dryers. - Good noise control. The noise in the community has gotten quieter over the years as it's mostly engineers, finance, and other professionals living here. - Secure - gated garage, latch secured door access, secured mail room.

        The maintenance staff in this apartment are top notch, especially Daniel from the maintenance team. He is very helpful, and has promptly fixed multiple problems in our apartment. He is extremely patient, friendly and fixes any issue - small or big!
