        I need paperwork I'm in Arizona the young lady that answers the phone Zena doesn't even know what day I talk to her or what day she worked last Friday somebody better call me

        Update: We went to the bank to straighten this out. We worked with the staff and they assured us that it would be fixed. We received another statement that showed that Citibank had withdrawn funds out of our agreement. Basically, they are stealing. Time to call the authorities. DO NOT TRUST CITIBANK!!! Check their work, because they dont. We were charged service fees that wasnt associated with the account we agreed to. We found out when we checked our statement. The manager made many mistakes when we set up our account, and we had to return to the branch multiple times to straighten things out. And, since the account was passed into someone else, that person made even more mistakes. Ugh.

        Not exactly sure what these other peoples experience was Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone at this bank very helpful been going there for 10 years
