        I arrived at the New Balance store right after a terrible experience at Adidas (next door) and was greeted by Felicia. She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly seemed to care about taking care of her customers. Felicia went above and beyond when I was trying to decide on the best trail shoe for my foot needs. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even helped me order my size in a style that wasnt in stock. I highly recommend this location and thank you for the excellent service Felicia!
