Avoid them at all costs. Here is the experience we had: We decided to buy a flower girl dress for my daughter. Since they didn't have the right size in the store we decided to order it online. First of all, it took two weeks for the order to arrive. When it arrived, it was missing a piece. We tried to return it to the store, but they didn't accept it saying that we have to return it via mail (this is the only store who has physical stores and don't accept returns). So, we decided to call them. However, there is no phone number, so we emailed them using the link on their website. It says that they will reply within 48 hours, however it took more than 200 hours to reply. In the reply they mentioned that it was sold as is since it was a sample. However, the picture they had on the website DID have the missing piece. So, I don't know how it is as is. They can send you ripped off cloth and claim that it is as is. On top of everything we can't even return the dress since it is sold as is. The whole process has been a total nightmare from start to finish. By the way, the dress was not cheap at all. We ended up paying a whole bunch of money for nothing. My next step will be to dispute the transaction via my credit card company since they didn't deliver the described product. Let's see how it goes. I have shopped so many seller online, big and small, and this is the worst experience by far.

This store definitely has the WORST customer service, I've ever experienced. I picked the dresses online, and when we showed up the lady said she "couldnt look anything up" so Id have to describe them. Well, when we tried on the one I eventually ended up buying (from a different store, mind you) she told me I was too fat to pull it off. FYI, I bought a size 6 (SIX) in the dress. No one wants to hear you look fat, much less in a small size (when you've worked hard to look that good for your wedding day) and hearing it in front of a salon full of people was mortifying.
