I left after I was given wrong information on how to appropriately sign checks as a POA and Trustee. I wasnt taken seriously and immediately went over to the 400 Hamilton Ave, Palo Alto branch. Linh was able to confirm the correct information. Go there instead.

I had an appointment with James at 2:30. I left at 2:50 as there was still no sign of him. Unprofessional and irrespectful..

Run don't walk run to another branch.Two stars are for the tellers who work diligently and provide a great appearance contrary to the defunct banker department.If you want to see the seated bankers dodge, hide, make infinite fake or personal calls to wait for others to help you first, by all means come here.  If you want to be stalled for 8 months for an answer to your investigation of suspicious activity by all means come to this branch. If you like patiently waiting in the lobby seating to see a banker than have a so called privileged customer walk-in and be helped before you by all means come to this branch. If you enjoy repeated tremendous mistakes by all means make this your branch.I was the biggest fan of this branch before the above occurrences. Regrettably, I can no longer favorably endorse this branch.
