Pearl Apartments

I have a friend who is dealing with a purging neighbor who tries to stop them from being normal noisy water running moving furniture around seems to be a hassle if your upstairs neighbor doesn't like noise like at all which it's impossible to not make any noise when we first got here people had gathering at their apartment little get togethers im guessing younger people now its is so awkwardly quiet bitter if you nake noise type of situation that random neighbor and or workers of the property are on high alert of and noise they hear making the environment awkward because neighbor wars as I call it it needs to be more screening of who's moving next. On top or bottom of you specially if you lived at the pearl before the other person's did and they decide they don't like your life style choice and try to make you're stay at pearl uncomfortable minus that flies flying inside apartment out of no where drainage issues time to time it and bad neighbors it would be a cool place to rent for a sec hopefully they start really inspecting who's moving in here specifically upstairs on top of downstairs I feel bad that my friend has been forced to indure this situation plus their car was vandalized after a complaint of a rather disturbing neighbor who been getting away with purging behavior for well over a year sadly

Upstairs neighbors lack respect for people downstairs neighbors constantly thumps until they get down stairs to not make noise just running your shower and water fosits seems to be an issue had made several complaints but to switch units u have to re qualify my bf is pissed that in order to switch units u have to re qualify we work late gone for hours and come back to bipolar neighbors who prefer to not hear any noise underneath them this behavior is not acceptable for anyone specifically people random u don't know it's purge like behavior and is being done on purpose I am seeking to move soon hopefully to a 3rd floor studio Now I see why people don Ike moving on the bottom floor I don't want my bf to get into a browl with a nobody who's able to get away with tactics that are not normal because he can afford rent but isn't a good neighbors to be

Prospective Tenant Review: We worked very closely with Braxton as we went through the discovery phase. We postponed our move to the summer, but the Pearl was our residence of choice. We had to shift priorities because of family needs.
