        The managers Asia and Frankie and Mathew truly care My husband and I love it ! Next door to Sheriff dept and Fire dept Beautiful blessed peaceful. The closest place to heaven No air BNBs allowed , no smoking , no loud parties Very conservative wonderful residents GOD BLESS

        2/20/24 I wish i can give the staffs at Breakwater/ Equity Residential a score of 10 stars. I'm upgrading to a two bedroom from a one bedroom apartment. The staffs are always helpful and awesome. Thank you to Frankie, Matt , Asia and Alex !! 11/ 2022 People, The staffs here are magnificent ! I'm one of those guys that everything has to be in order. Emily and Shauneesy did a great job. Keep up the fabulous job !!

        our experience living in the Breakwater Apartments in Marina del Rey has been fantastic. In addition to the great location and beautiful apartments is the fantastic customer service we have had with Keith as our service maintenance manager. Keith goes out of his way every day to make sure that we have everything resolved that we might need. Hes become our friend and a highly respected colleague.
