The Tides at Marina Harbor

Hi All, Nicole was so very helpful to me. I kept having problems logging into RentCafe. I brought my laptop to the resident services office and she sat with me in the conference room and she figured out the problem. I had an amazing tour today given by the one and only LeAnne, she was wonderful to work with, both patient and listened to my needs, even was understanding when I was running late. The Villas are beautifully maintained and the atmosphere is warm and gracious. A+ experience.

Do not rent here. The place is full of mold, and fiberglass and asbestos in the air myself and several people have gotten very sick.

Tides leasing expert Leanne Moore absolutely saved our day on Monday. The airline lost our luggage along with our keys and we had no way to get into our apartment. Resident services was off for the MLK Day holiday and Leanne was the only one in the office. She was able to get us a key to get in and was incredibly helpful and friendly in the process. Thank you Marina Harbor and Leanne for helping us get back into our home after our trip!!

Just moved in and I cant speak highly enough about my experience working with Jen and our move in process. She made it seamless and helped us flawlessly every stop of the way from site tour to house keys in hand.
